Magician Duo from Austria Performs in Las Vegas

Las Vegas is considered an international entertainment center. In this desert city, visitors will find not only countless casinos, but also masterfully prepared sport, dance, music, and magic shows. Anyone who has made it here as an artist can mostly look back on a successful career. At the same time, the city also serves as an innovation center, which helps to discover and promote new talent. What Elvis Presley once staged as a big comeback in 1969 has long since become an integral part of the city. Stars and aspiring young performers delight an international audience with their skills. A magician duo from Austria joins the lengthy line of artists who have already graced this city.

Thommy Ten & Amélie van Tass can be seen live in Las Vegas from November this year. The two artists start a series of performances that includes a total of 500 shows. With that, the two magicians have finally reached the Olympus of the entertainment industry. They will be the first Austrians to headline a Vegas residency show, which is a real dream come true for them. The contract runs for one year. So, it’s no wonder that the two magicians are excited and speak of the opportunity as a tremendous success of their careers. According to their statements, they are looking forward to the challenge as Thommy Ten & Amélie van Tass are no longer unknown in the USA.

America’s Got Talent Was the Stepping Stone

America’s Got Talent was initially responsible for the couple’s success. Around five years ago, the magicians applied for the show and the jury picked them from 100,000 applicants. In the end, the duo came in second and delighted an audience of millions with their tricks. In the next few years, Thommy Ten & Amélie van Tass rose to become the most famous magicians in the world. People know the duo as The Clairvoyants in the USA.

They also performed one of the most successful magic shows on New York’s Broadway, and went on to win awards from the Academy of Magical Arts, which paved the path for them to become global superstars. This year, they made it to the Masters of Illusion show in Hollywood, which will air prime time for Christmas in 2021. During America’s Got Talent quarterfinals, the producers invited the magicians as featured guests, so they returned to the stage, where their international career began.

Now they are both off to the renowned Luxor Hotel in autumn, where many fans will have the opportunity to experience the duo live. The show will take place twice a day, five days a week. They are following in the great footsteps of iconic magicians such as David Copperfield, and Siegfried & Roy. But before their autumn show season, the artists warmed up with an extraordinary performance. At the end of August, they were also on the stage of the Vienna State Opera. Now another milestone awaits in their international career.
